 Deposit of Fees - General Instructions

Fees are to be deposited at the deposited at the designated Axis bank branches only. |

Quarterly Education & Transport fees are payable by Cash or Pay-Order /DD only. |
| 3. |
Avoid Late Fine. Please deposit fees within 10th of 1st month of each quarter. Please note that if the 10th is a holiday then the next working day will be last day for depositing fees without Late Fine Charges. |

If the fees is not deposited in time, late fine of Rs. 100/- will be charged for the first 10 days of default, rs. 250/- for the next 10 days and for 30 days the fine will be Rs. 500/- |

If fees are not deposited within the stipulated date, the student’s name is liable to be struck off the rolls. If parent want the child to continue in the school, a re-admission fee of Rs. 5000/- has to be deposited within the last day of the quarter. If, during the Academic year, a student is required to e re-admitted second time due to non payment of fees, it will be treated as a fresh admission and an admission fee of Rs. 20,000/- has to be paid. |

Disputed cases are to be resolved at the school accounts office only. |

In case of loss of fee book, parents will be required to apply for a new fee book at a cost of Rs. 100/-. |

In case of change in address and telephone number, please inform the office immediately to alter the transport charges, if applicable. |
